When and how do I pay?
You pay after your service is finished. We accept Cash, M-Pesa (Lipa Namba), Mix by Yas and CRDB.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Open My Card with your phone number, or send us a WhatsApp message.
What if I'm running late?
We hold your appointment for 30 minutes. If you are later than that, we may need to move you to the next available time.
Do braid prices include hair?
Yes — braiding prices include the hair. Taking down an old style (kuchambua) is extra, from Tsh 5,000 to 10,000. Extra length or fullness may cost more.
Are your lashes human hair?
Yes, all our lashes are human hair. Refills cost half the price of the set you have.
Do you offer bridal and home-service make-up?
Yes. Bridal packages start from Tsh 200,000 (bride alone) or Tsh 250,000 (bride & matron), and home service is Tsh 100,000. Lashes are included with make-up.
